Order and delivery terms
General information about the online store
The products in the Llepo.fi online store are sold by Llepo (3193359-1). Product prices include VAT. Prices are in euros. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. The products are sold in Finland and shipped to over 60 countries around the world.
Ordering
The products to be ordered are selected at www.llepo.fi by adding them to the shopping cart. Orders are confirmed by email with order details. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. All customer information is treated confidentially. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact customer service at info@llepo.fi. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and agree to the valid delivery terms.
Payment methods
Products and postage are paid in the order. We use bank transfer (Only in Finland) and a Paypal payment system. Paypal is a secure payment service that allows you to pay for e-commerce orders at home and abroad. The customer registers a payment card or account with Paypal and the money is transferred to the recipient from the Paypal account. Delivery time
The products are made to order. Delivery time for our orders is 3-14 working days in Finland, unless otherwise stated. In Europe, mail delivery times may be slightly longer and please note that there are significant delays in UK delivery times and also to countries outside the Europe. We reserve the right to make subsequent deliveries. The aim is to send orders as soon as possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays. The online store informs about different delivery times on its website.
Method of delivery
We deliver international orders by post. Letter items will be delivered directly to the specified order address.
In Finland orders are delivered to the post office.
Exchange and return conditions
The customer has a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and saleable products. The customer is responsible for the cost of return. If you want to make a return, please contact our customer service at info@llepo.fi.
Problem situations
Defective product must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Check your order as soon as you receive it. In case of problems, contact customer service info@llepo.fi.
